You take a call, agree something, hang up — and a week later the detail is gone. PhoneVault keeps a note against the call, a follow-up task against the person, and a searchable record of both, so nothing you agreed on a call ever slips away.
It is built for people whose work happens on the phone: sales professionals chasing leads, small-business owners juggling suppliers, consultants and freelancers tracking client conversations — and anyone who has ever hung up and immediately forgotten the number they were told. Alongside notes and follow-ups, PhoneVault keeps a private business directory separate from your personal address book, shows you your own notes before you answer a call, blocks numbers you never want to hear from, and turns your call log into plain-figures analytics — missed-call rate, busiest hours, who you talk to most.
Reading your call history and drawing its own in-call screen are things Android permits only to the default phone app — that is a platform rule, not our choice. PhoneVault asks for the role because the features depend on it, and it fulfils the whole role: dialing, in-call screen, call history and blocking.
What it does with that access stays on the device. PhoneVault has no account and no server. Your call log, contacts, notes and tasks are processed on your phone, stored on your phone, and never uploaded anywhere. You can export everything to a JSON file whenever you like, and uninstalling removes all of it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Every entry in your call history shows whether you left a note or set a follow-up, and which category the caller belongs to. Filter by Missed, Family, Official or VIP to find what matters.
Write or dictate a note straight after a call. Notes are searchable, colour-coded by category, and can be pinned so the important ones stay on top.
Turn any call into a task with a priority and an optional due date. Every task carries Call, SMS, WhatsApp and Email right on the row — acting on it takes one tap. Add it to your own calendar too.
Not every supplier or lead belongs in your address book. Keep them in PhoneVault's own directory — searchable and dialable alongside your contacts, clearly badged — and track deals through Lead, Contacted, Follow-up, Proposal and Won.
Incoming calls show your notes and any pending follow-up for that person, plus a clear flag when the caller isn't in your contacts. Too busy? Decline with an SMS or WhatsApp message from templates you write yourself.
Blocked numbers are rejected before your phone ever rings — no interruption, no missed-call clutter, no third-party service involved.
Total calls, missed-call rate and average length over 7, 30 or 90 days. See the hours you're busiest and the people you speak to most — figures from your own call log, computed on your phone.
Point the camera at a business card, invoice or shop sign and PhoneVault reads the phone number out of it — straight into the dialer or your directory.
